If for any reason you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If the item hasn’t arrived yet, we’ll do all in our power to comply. In case the order has been dispatched, you need to adhere to the standard return process mentioned previously.
 
If an order is canceled after it has been dispatched, unopened products may be returned for a complete refund.

Shipping Questions

You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you didn’t receive your tracking number via email, please check your spam folder.

1-3 business days, not including Sundays and holidays. We ship using USPS First Class, FedEx and DHL and shipping varies from state to state. Once your order is shipped out, we’ll send you a tracking number via email for an exact timeline.

Yes, our shipping is discreet. Small orders (1-5 items) will ship in all black polymer bags, while large orders will come in brown cardboard boxes. Keep in mind all orders will have “Delta Munchies” on the shipping label.
